Love, connection, and safety are the sources by which all relationships and individuals thrive. My wholehearted pursuit as a therapist is to welcome individuals and couples into an environment constructed and bound by these foundational needs.
I believe our most significant relationships sculpt not only how we see the world but also how we see ourselves. I co-create spaces with clients to explore what has shaped their understanding of the world "out there" and the world "inside." Specializing in Emotionally Focused Therapy, I use the medium of emotions and experiential therapy to empower clients to vulnerably connect with themselves, their longings, and those they hold most dear.
Through my own journey with grief, anxiety, and depression, I have come to realize the power of not having to go it alone. What often gives us the strength to heal is not the perfect life hack but, the safety and compassion of another, reminding us that we are not alone.
Whatever you are facing, I want to welcome you to a place where you and everything you are holding belongs and matters.
Therapeutic Focus:
I approach therapy through a client-centered, experiential, and attachment-focused lens. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This evidenced-based model supports couples in a process of healing, increased connection, and conflict navigation through emotional, identification, expression, and sharing.
