"It is an act of bravery to feel your feelings."
-Gayle Forman
Life consistently bombards us with stressors and traumas that can throw us off of our mark. We often successfully avoid these painful feelings by engaging in creative coping skills that we have adopted over our lifetimes. To reach freedom, we first must face the feelings that exist beneath the surface. The truest versions of us are often the happiest, and my passion is to walk with people as they retrace their steps back to homeostasis.
I use Attachment theories like Emotionally Focused Therapy to help my clients explore their early relationships and how they’ve affected their present day.
When getting in touch with our emotions, we can break free of the boxes that we have found ourselves in. My goal is to help my clients reach reconciliation with themselves, their story, and those whom they are in a relationship with.
In a culture where true connection is a rarity, I hope to help break the stigma through the age-old art of conversation. Through our time together, my goal is to aid you in redeeming the pieces of your journey that may feel unredeemable.
I’m passionate about helping people find healing and health, and my goal is to help them reconnect with themselves and the world that they live in.
