Life can be hard! It is unpredictable, ever-changing, and often filled with pain. Yet within each of us is the ability to work with and through the pains of life. I am so glad you are here. It takes courage to begin therapy, to let a stranger into your most vulnerable of places. But if you are willing, I’d feel honored to join you on your journey to integration and wholeness!
“Everyone is a bit scared, “said the horse.” “But we are less scared together.” - Charlie Mackey
Through compassion, curiosity, and unconditional positive regard I am committed to working with you to hold space to look at your inner and outer experiences. I will offer my expertise as we navigate areas that may be holding you back from being your whole authentic self with yourself and your relationships.
Therapeutic Approach:
I operate out of Humanistic Experiential Theory with an Attachment focus. This includes a client-centered approach to therapy. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping you on your journey. When we can fully be in the moment, our body’s ability to notice and process the world around us in safety can be a beautiful and transformative experience. This often takes time and can be hard because of the stressors of life and the traumas our body may be holding. This is why we will do it together.
If you feel ready to begin a journey into wholeness I hold it as sacred and know this space is yours. Although you may be stepping into my office, you and I together are very much stepping into your life. I do not take this lightly. I am passionate about creating a safe space for the expression of emotions through art, emotion navigation, mindfulness, body awareness, coping skills, and navigating life transitions, anxiety, and depression.
