Welcome! I am so glad you are here.

I strive to create a comforting and accepting space where you'll be seen, heard, and understood. Together, we'll navigate challenges, tap into your innate capacity to heal, and achieve your goals. Specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relational dynamics, I aim to facilitate transformative experiences, fostering calm, clarity, and connection within you. Through exploration and compassionate care, we'll work on challenging emotions and cultivate self-compassion and empowerment.

In my individual therapy work, I've witnessed the transformative power of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in helping clients process past traumas, alleviate anxiety, and address anxiety and depression. This approach allows us to target distressing memories, leading to significant reductions in emotional distress and fostering a sense of relief and empowerment for clients.

When it comes to couples therapy, I have seen remarkable progress through the use of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This approach enables us to delve into the emotional dynamics within the relationship, fostering deeper emotional connections and understanding between partners. By addressing emotional needs and enhancing communication, couples can experience more profound intimacy and strengthened bonds.
