Our lives are compiled by many small and big moments, decisions, and relationships. All of your experiences paint a bigger picture of what makes you you. I have learned through therapy how important it is to have a warm and welcoming hand as you embark on a journey toward healing from past, present, or future struggles. It is important to give ourselves a space to feel safe, seen and heard as we navigate through life. I would be honored to be the warm and welcoming hand as you embark on your journey.

Through individual work, I like to explore the depths of ourselves that we often ignore, whether consciously or subconsciously, but they are making appearances in our everyday lives. By noticing and listening to those parts of yourself, you can learn a great deal and start letting go of the parts that no longer serve you, allowing you to begin healing. For individual treatment, I enjoy using IFS (Internal Family Systems) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) while using an attachment theory lens. For couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy, with the goal to walk beside you and your partner during painful moments, working collaboratively to process your emotions more clearly and come together. I am guided by these modalities but also take into account your individual needs and wants in our therapeutic journey together.

It would be my honor to walk alongside you as you begin your path to wholeness.

Modalities
