Seeking support takes courage, and if you’re here, you’ve already taken an important step. I want you to know that healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.

I specialize in working with trauma, including childhood wounds, sexual trauma, and abuse. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome—without shame or judgment.

My own experiences with healing led me to this work, and I deeply understand how painful and isolating the healing journey can feel. But I also know that within each of us, there is an inherent wisdom that is already whole—untouched by trauma, even when it feels obscured by pain. My goal is to help you reconnect with that part of yourself, to uncover the strength, resilience, and self-compassion that have always been there.

I use a blend of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you heal at a deep, lasting level. EMDR allows us to reprocess painful memories so they no longer hold power over you, while IFS helps you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been hurt, silenced, or pushed aside. Together, these approaches foster deep healing, self-trust, and the freedom to move forward in life with more ease and confidence.

You deserve to feel safe, whole, and empowered. I am deeply grateful for the people who have helped me throughout my healing journey, and if you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I’d love to walk alongside you.
