I feel honored every day to get to do what I do; to sit with people in some of the hardest parts of their story feels like an invitation onto sacred ground.
I am extremely passionate about helping families and individuals find healing and health, resulting in relationships that actually feel life giving and deeply meaningful. My goal is to help clients strategically utilize emotions to connect with themselves and others, while learning to appreciate and value them, rather than feeling weary of them.
My other passion is moving clients toward freedom from past pain and trauma. EMDR training has enabled me to help those who are struggling to get from a place of feeling stuck in past moments, to fully living in the present.
