My passion in counseling is to help foster a compassionate, connection-based relationship between caregivers and their children – a relationship where you can truly delight in your child and begin to experience more moments of joy in your day-to-day lives. Our childhood plays such a vital part of who we become as adults, so it’s incredibly life-changing when caregivers seek support to help shape their children’s future for the better.

As a Mom myself, I understand firsthand the power of setting a healthy emotional foundation in your child’s life and how incredibly supportive therapy can be when navigating your child’s therapeutic needs.

 My areas of interest include:

-Childhood and adolescent anxiety + navigating the effects this may have on the family

-Enhancing communication between parents and children after a significant life change or disruption in the relationship

-Supporting children through the unique mix of emotions when parents have divorced or separated

 -Anger management

 -Childhood and adolescent depression

-Early childhood guidance for parents with young children + learning to understand/respond to their child’s emotions

-Managing ADHD + supporting both the parents and children in managing symptoms

-In addition to working with families, I enjoy working with adults who are navigating the complexities of life while working through their own childhood trauma

Grounded in empathy, understanding, and evidence-based practices, my approach aims to create a safe and nurturing space for families to grow, communicate openly, and build lasting connections. I look forward to working with you!
