Hi there! My name is Hannah, and I am so excited you are here!

The world we live in is so busy. It seems like we are going a million miles a minute without stopping, and it can be exhausting. I love therapy because it is a safe place for anyone to slow down and heal. My desire is to allow for space in therapy to process, heal, and grow through life’s challenges and joys.

My approach to treatment involves cultivating a deeper understanding of one’s feelings and emotions to create lasting healing. I am passionate about helping clients develop their identity which enables them to better engage in healthy relationships. I primarily work through the lens of Psychodynamic, Attachment, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I also love using the Enneagram, a tool used for self awareness, to help clients discover themselves in a transformative way!

I am honored to come alongside people of all walks of life. I have experience working with individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, older adults, and marginalized communities. I am passionate about working with survivors of domestic violence, relational difficulties, identity, and faith/religious issues.

Bottom line - I love people! My hope is to create a space that is filled with vulnerability, humility, and support. I look forward to meeting you and beginning the journey of healing!
