For as long as I can remember, I’ve been interested in what it means to be human. Not only do I find people and their relationships fascinating, but I believe they are the most important aspect of the human experience. Over the years, that interest drew me to the field of social work and therapy. I’ve found joy in meeting others and walking beside them in life’s journey, helping them have healthy, meaningful relationships and a fulfilling life.

I believe that human beings are capable of tremendous growth, love, and connection—and that none of us have to be stuck where we are. No matter where you’re starting from, therapy can support you in breaking out of “stuckness” and discovering more of who you really are. I relate to all of my clients as whole and complete, not broken or needing to be fixed. From that context, I’ll support you in discovering the barriers and obstacles to having your life and relationships really thrive. Together, we’ll explore some of life’s most important questions.

My philosophy is that therapy is not about having you feel happy all the time, but instead about being fully human and alive. I don’t think there is any wrong way for you to be or feel. In embracing your authentic self, you have the opportunity to step into the dreams and goals that may have been lying dormant inside of you for years. I create a space for you to show up and be exactly as you are. I am warm, casual, and relaxed. I think therapy should strike a balance between comfort and discomfort, challenging and playful. I promise that your unique situation will be treated as such. No therapy should be one-size-fits-all. I’ll tailor my work to be a fit for where you are and where you want to go.

I have over a decade of clinical experience and my work has covered a wide variety, including:

  • Couples who want support in increasing their emotional intimacy and their understanding of each other. I specialize in the Gottman Model.

  • Individuals who want to expand their understanding of their emotional experiences and nurture their own self-compassion

  • Parenting children with developmental disabilities

  • Couples where one or both are on the Autism Spectrum

  • Existential inquiry

  • Psychedelic integration

  • Navigating and managing anxiety and panic
