“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.” — Brené Brown

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel both scary and courageous, and I want you to know you don’t have to do it alone. My work centers on creating a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your emotions, make sense of your past, and move toward the life and relationships you long for. I believe healing happens in connection—when we feel seen, understood, and free to be our authentic selves.

I work from a client-centered, trauma-informed, and attachment-based lens, drawing on approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). These models help clients share their stories, deepen self-understanding, and begin their journey toward growth and healing. I value creating a space where you can feel safe and supported as you process, express, and discover new ways to heal and tap into your inner strength.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, young adults, adults, couples, and families through life’s challenges and emotional experiences. Both my personal and professional journey have fueled my passion for helping individuals navigate healing and reach their goals. I offer a collaborative space and use validation and encouragement to support each clients emotional growth. When appropriate, I bring humor and lightness as a way to connect and meet clients where they are. I aim for each conversation to feel genuine, supportive, and emotionally safe. Being able to witness clients rediscover their strength, gain clarity, and become attuned to themselves is what makes this work so meaningful to me.

My hope is to walk alongside you as you discover your strength, deepen your connection to yourself and others, and reclaim a life that feels whole and meaningful.
