Hi! I’m Leah, and I’m really glad you’re here.

You might be wondering: Is this the right time? Is therapy for me? Or you may be feeling eager and ready for the next step in your healing journey. Wherever you find yourself right now is completely okay. That is the beauty of therapy—it is one of the few spaces where all parts of youare welcome: hesitation, fear, discouragement, curiosity, and excitement alike.

Amidst whatever life may be throwing your way, I hope to offer a space where you can be entirely yourself, feel deeply understood, and move toward greater wholeness.

Seeking therapy is a meaningful and courageous step, and I don’t take lightly the trust it requires. Wherever your journey leads, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with your own capacity for growth and healing.

Therapy with me is a highly collaborative process. I believe that meaningful change can come from deepening insight, processing emotions, learning new tools, and gently shifting patterns at a pace that feels supportive to you. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to provide guidance, support, and a safe, compassionate space as you explore struggles, doubts, grief, and patterns that may be holding you back.

I take a holistic approach to therapy, integrating both mind and body in the healing process. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I also integrate elements of attachment theory, psychodynamic object-relations theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and somatic-based interventions to support holistic healing.
