I invite you into a place where your story will be met with the compassion it deserves. At times, we all face circumstances that feel insurmountable, yet these pieces can be easier to face when we take the brave step of sharing them with someone else.

In our work together, my goal is to create a safe environment where we seek to understand your patterns of pain. Together we will discover the practical skills and tools that work best for you with the goal of shifting the areas of your life where you want to see change. As you witness yourself taking more agency over your life, my hope is that you can see you are more resilient and capable that you thought. I would be honored to join you in this journey and walk with you toward greater freedom in your life.

Some of the modalities that I use are Restorative Therapy (RT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Restoration Therapy maps out how to navigate messages you received about your identity and sense of safety may cause you emotional pain and shape your reactions. RT focuses on reclaiming your sense of identity and safety to establish a new, less reactive pattern.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy offers a variety of tools and skills that help alleviate distress, anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviors.

I look forward to connecting with you!

Aisling sees clients at both the University Heights and La Mesa locations.
