I invite you into a place where your story will be met with the compassion it deserves. At times, we all face circumstances that feel insurmountable or parts of our story that feel hopeless, yet these pieces can be easier to face when we take the brave step of sharing them with someone else. In our work together, my goal is to create an emotionally safe environment where we seek to understand your patterns of pain and the different parts of your story.
I work with individuals and couples of all ages and stages of life. I am especially passionate about supporting those navigating crises, life transitions, or feeling stuck. My approach to therapy is client-centered. This means our sessions are tailored uniquely to you. I believe that you are the expert on your own story, and my role is to provide you with a supportive space where you can move toward more wholeness and peace in your life.
My approach to therapy draws out meaningful insight in a way that feels supportive and purposeful. I draw from attachment theory, internal family systems, and trauma-informed perspectives to help you explore emotional pain and gain a deeper understanding of your experiences. I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Restoration Therapy to help you discover the tools and skills that align with your strengths and support your growth.
As you witness yourself taking more agency over your life, my hope is that you see you are more resilient and capable than you thought. I would be honored to join you in this journey and walk with you toward greater freedom in your life.
