Welcome! I am glad you are here.

As your therapist, I am dedicated to cultivating autonomy, authenticity in relationships, self-regulation, self-love, and confidence, and fostering a sense of self that is flourishing and integrated. My goal is to collaborate with you in achieving a state where you feel equipped to navigate life's challenges while maintaining a steadfast sense of groundedness.

Before we start, it's essential to acknowledge our innate capacity for learning–we are quite smart! Each encounter and relationship thus far has contributed to shaping the lens through which you perceive reality. Often, we operate on autopilot, guided by this perceptual framework. Through our collaborative journey, we will facilitate a deepened understanding of your individual lens and behavioral patterns. Together, we will curiously explore their origins and pathways, paving the way for a more conscious, authentic, and congruent existence.

My clinical approach is deeply rooted in client-centered principles that are delicately interwoven with the insights of Emotion Focused Therapy and Attachment Theory. I truly believe you are the expert on yourself, you may need the guidance of a skilled and empathetic facilitator in sorting out life’s complexities. Within my practice, I value authenticity, compassion, and unwavering positive regard in a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment. However, I also believe in the transformative power of constructive challenge and candid feedback. It is through this delicate balance of supportive encouragement and gentle challenge that genuine growth and self-realization emerge.

I am very passionate about learning. Part of my commitment to you is that I will continuously be enhancing my skills. I dedicate myself to immersing myself in new and diverse literature, participating in training sessions, engaging with podcasts, and collaborating within conceptualization groups. This commitment ensures a deliberate refinement of my craft, allowing me to better serve you.

Couples and Families:

I am deeply devoted to facilitating the journey of families and couples towards holistic healing and well-being. By utilizing Emotion Focused Therapy and Attachment Theory, I assist clients in recognizing and harnessing their emotions as a means of deepening their connection both with themselves and with others, fostering an appreciation and reverence for the rich tapestry of human experience. One of the greatest privileges in my career has been getting to witness restoration and the return of joy and meaningful connection in couples and families.
