"The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination." - Carl Rogers

Welcome, I’m so grateful that you are here!

Life can often feel defined by the weight of our challenges; overflowing with chaos, trauma, or struggling relationships. Sometimes, we stop to take a breath, only to realize we've been through more than we expected and have lost track of ourselves in the process. Therapy can provide a space not only to heal, but to find peace amidst the noise; where you can reconnect with yourself, tune into your needs, and move through the world with greater clarity and self-compassion.

My approach is deeply humanistic and client-centered, grounded in the belief that the therapeutic relationship holds transformative healing potential. I believe the therapeutic relationship to be a sacred space where vulnerability is met with compassion, empathy and understanding. I strive to create a foundation of emotional safety and trust with each client; cultivating a space where you feel seen, heard, and unconditionally valued.

I specialize in helping teens, young adults, and adults navigate life’s challenges while engaging in deep, transformative work. At the core of my approach is empathy and the relationship we build together — weaving in emotional awareness, the mind-body connection and coping skills to support you in fostering a relationship with yourself. I utilize techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS), as well as more directive modalities when helpful – tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs. I hope to partner with you in identifying what works best for your life and relationships.

Above all, I believe that embracing every part of ourselves is the key to living a life that is whole and joyful. I look forward to walking alongside you as we navigate your path toward empowerment, healing, and self-discovery

Aisling sees clients at both the University Heights and La Mesa locations.
