Hi– I’m so grateful that you're here.

Panic and anxiety can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from ourselves, or unsure how to feel safe in our own bodies. Relationships can stir up similar feelings, bringing our deepest longings and fears to the surface. In dating, breakups, and even within relationships, we can lose touch with ourselves in the desire to feel chosen, understood, and connected. Often, these experiences hold deeper stories about how we’ve learned to protect ourselves, seek connection, and navigate the world. By gently turning toward these parts of ourselves with curiosity and compassion, we can begin to find our way back to ourselves and create space for more authentic and meaningful connection.

Rooted in psychodynamic theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS), together I believe that we can create a space that honors both depth and nuance. I enjoy working with individuals navigating the complexities of dating and relationships, helping them better understand themselves, recognize relational patterns, and build more authentic and meaningful connections. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma response and panic, exploring the underlying emotional experiences that may be contributing to their distress. I bring an artistic sensibility to my work, believing that healing often emerges not only through insight, but also through imagination, somatic regulation, and the courage to feel. I’m drawn to the quiet yearning many people carry to feel more rooted, more alive, and more at peace.
