Braving the unsteady waters of healing is an act of self-love. Part of this act involves a willingness to venture through challenging terrain in order to embrace inner freedom. The journey is not always easy and it’s not always smooth, but it is my privilege to hold space for all parts of you as you continue to remember how to hold space for all your wholeness.

I believe in the power of turning our attention inward to shed light on all parts of ourselves—the beautiful, the “ugly,” the shameful, the resilient. From my experience as both a therapist and a fellow human on this path, I have witnessed the profound power of allowing yourself to be seen, truly seen, in the presence of another. It is my commitment to work together to create an environment where you feel safe, honored, and sacred. This is where our “heart-work” begins.

I am guided by depth-oriented healing modalities that allow us to get curious about any subconscious thoughts and limiting beliefs that are no longer serving you. By starting to make the unconscious conscious and integrating all parts of self, you can begin intentionally choosing to live from a place of greater alignment, authenticity, and radical self-acceptance. This form of deep diving will not only impact you individually, but also your ability to show up fully and courageously in relationship to others. Through our journey together, my hope is that you will begin to discover that you are, and have always been, worthy, whole, and deserving of love.

I feel honored to walk alongside people of all ages and all stages of life. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who feel called to begin shedding light on the deeper “stuff” – the stuff you can’t quite pinpoint but that you know exists in the shadowy-depths of your being. I am also passionate about working with young adults who feel ready to reclaim their power and step into their authentic truth.

Modalities:

·      Psychodynamic

·      Attachment theory

·      Experiential

·      Inner child healing

·      Shadow work and integration

I am guided by these practices, but most importantly, I am guided by our relationship and how we co-exist together in a space.  If you are feeling called, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your sacred journey back to wholeness.
