“Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.” -Brene Brown

Every person and couple I meet has such a unique story. I count it a privilege to walk through the challenges, joys, pain, and laughter of each person that bravely ventures into therapy. You might feel stuck, need a change, or want freedom from some of the heaviness that life seems to hand out. I want to help you find hope and options. I believe therapy is a beautiful haven for processing these challenges with safety and support. I want to meet you right where you’re at, with whatever you are facing, and figure out the next step together.

Therapeutic Focus: I work primarily with an Attachment, Existential, and Emotionally Focused Therapy lens. I am passionate about helping others heal from deep attachment wounds and aim to help them connect in their relationships - emotionally and authentically - with challenges such as:

Anxiety

Depression

Body Image/Self-esteem

Terminal Illness and grief

Life transitions

Spiritual integration (when requested by client)

Premarital

Marriage counseling
