In our world, in our relationships, and in our own minds and hearts, fear and division can feel ever-present. We live in a time of unbelievable connection and profound disconnection. Perhaps you are navigating the complexities of trauma and abuse or the nuances of anxiety, depression, or a mood disorder. Maybe you feel stuck in a tangle of your emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and unraveling relationships. It might be that you are weary, burnt out, and looking to foster greater self-compassion, practice self-care, or create more sustainable rhythms to maintain your mental health.

Therapy is a space to explore the disconnections present within yourself, within your relationships, and even within the broader communities and cultures in which you are embedded. In every session, I commit my clinical expertise, compassion, and uninterrupted presence to you in the hope that our time together might be a catalyst for reconnection, healing, and growth. Therapy is an invitation to seek and find more peace, hope, and wholeness for the journey.
