Individual Therapy

We all long to walk through life feeling whole. Unfortunately due to past wounds, unhealthy relationships, trauma, anxiety or depression, we are often left feeling broken, lost, alone, and afraid.  

 Our job is to help you develop a greater sense of inner security, and because we are all relational beings, security in your relationships with others.

 You are the person who possesses expertise regarding your own story. As guests invited into your story, we will walk with you toward healing the roots of the wounds that impact your life. Additionally, we can assist you in learning to self-soothe, loosening the grip of the problems that can consume your energy and attention.

 We view our therapy process with individuals as similar to that of tending a wound. Most therapists and methods of therapy offer tips and tools that have an effect similar to throwing a bandage on that wound. However, that wound inevitably gets re-infected and we find ourselves back in therapy looking for another bandage. We will work with you on the deep cleansing of your wound, enabling complete healing and resulting in an elimination of the need to re-treat the wound in the future.
